摘 要:运用PCR-SSCP技术检测黄淮山羊H-FABP基因部分外显子和内含子区域的多态性,采用最小二乘均数法对其与IMF含量的关系进行分析。在2对扩增引物中只检测到1个多态位点,表现为GG和GC两种基因型。GC基因型个体的IMF含量显著高于GG基因型个体,在背最长肌和腿肌中GC基因型个体的IMF含量显著高于GG基因型(P<0.05);在胸肌中,GG基因型与GC基因型个体之间的IMF含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。据此推测,H-FABP基因该多态位点的GC基因型可能是IMF含量性状的有效标记基因型。The polymorphism of partial exon and intron of H-FABP gene was detected by PCR-SS- CP. There were only one polymorphism site occurring in two primer amplifications, where showed two genotypes GG and GC. The association between the polymorphism and IMF content was ana- lyzed and the results revealed that the IMF content of the longissimus dorsi muscles and leg mus- cles from GC genotype individuals was significantly higher than that of GG genotype imlividuals (P 〈 0.05). Results also demonstrated no significant difference had been de|coted i. the IMF content of the breast muscles between GG genotype and GC genotype ( P 〉 O. 05 ). Our experi- ment suggested that the H-FABP gene could be a useful candidate gene in increasing the 1MF cnn- tent of goats.
