摘　　要：给出了椭圆及其内接、外切四边形与圆及其内接。Based on the sufficient and necessary conditions that in triangle and ex triangle of ellipse is affine equivalent to in triangle and ex triangle of circle,this paper employs the comprehensive analystical method.The sufficient and necessary conditions are given for affine equivalence of in quadrangle and ex quadrangle of ellipse with in square and ex square of cricle.
