摘　　要：本文对 1996年— 1999年我科ICU收治的 2 2例上消化道出血病人的观察与处理作了总结分析。 2 2例中治愈好转 18例 ,死亡 4例 ,好转率为 82 %。及时发现病情变化 ,及时正确的处理 ,提高了抢救成功率 ,降低了死亡率。It is important to medical workers that should pay attention to those patients who suffer from upper digest tract bleeding observate carefully and correctly in order to increase the rescue rate and decrease the death rate,This article sumarized.observation and nursing of 22 upper digest tract bleeding in ICU in 1996-1999,18cases were rescue.4 cases were death.The effective rate was 82%.
