摘　　要：目的对脾淋巴瘤的CT影像学特征进行探讨,力图促进临床的治疗、分期与预后判断,提高对其诊断力。方法就16例通过临床病理证实的脾脏淋巴瘤病例CT图像作文献复习,并进行回顾性分析。结果 16例脾脏淋巴瘤中,6例为多发肿块型,表现为轻度均匀强化,类圆形低密度灶及多发结节状,密度均匀,2例为栗粒结节与弥漫浸润型,CT表现为较均匀强化,密度稍低或正常,弥漫性脾肿大,伴有脾外淋巴瘤的为10例。8例为巨块型,表现为不均匀强化的低密度肿块,脾脏内单发巨大。结论有一定特征性出现在脾脏淋巴瘤的CT表现中,有必要根据脾外病变来对临床进行分期和诊断。Objective The imaging features of CT lymphoma, aimed at improving the diagnostic capability for clinical staging, prognosis, treatment, support. Methods 16 cases confirmed by clinical and pathological cases of splenic lymphoma CT images for review of the literature and analyzed retrospectively. Results 16 cases of splenic lymphoma, multiple mass in 6 cases, the performance of a round low density lesions and multiple nodules, mild uniform enhancement and uniform density, miliary nodules, and diffuse infiltrative type 2 cases, CT showed slightly lower density or normal, diffuse splenomegaly, compared with homogeneous enhancement, bulky eight cases, the performance of heterogeneous enhancement, single huge low density mass in the spleen. Spleen outside with 10 cases of lymphoma patients. Conclusion CT findings of splenic lymphoma have a certain characteristic, combined with the spleen outside the lesion on clinical staging and diagnosis of some significance.
