短牙弓法固定修复老年人牙列缺损的临床应用

摘　　要：目的对老年人牙列缺损的患者应用短牙弓(Shorteneddental arch,SDA)法进行修复,观察期临床疗效,探讨其应用价值。方法对于2009年1月至2011年6月在本院进行治疗的76例牙列缺损的老年患者,随机分为两组,一组为短牙弓法,一组为传统的修复方法,对两组患者的满意度进行比较。结果应用SDA修复法的38例患者满意度较高,咀嚼功能得到很大的改善。结论 SDA修复法与传统修复法相比,其修复效果较好,满意度较高。Objective Apply shortened dental arch to treat the patients with periodontal disease and dentitions defect,to observe the clinical effects and the clinical value of it.Methods there are 76 patients who are treated in our hospital. They are separated into two team randomly. One team use SDA, the other use traditional method, tmasticatory function and questionnaire.Results All the patients were satisfied with the treatment. Conelusion The method is economic and easy to adapt.
