摘 要:目的:观察比较玻璃纤维桩、铸造金属桩核、钛及钛合金成品桩三种方法修复上颌前牙残根的临床效果,为临床桩核应用提供参考。方法:选取120颗上前牙残根,分别用铸造金属桩核(A组40颗)、玻璃纤维桩(B组40颗)、钛及钛合金成品桩(C组40颗)制作桩核,进行烤瓷全冠修复,随访2年,观察三种桩核修复的临床效果。结果:铸造金属桩核成功率85.0%,玻璃纤维桩成功率97.5%,钛及钛合金成品桩成功率95.0%,玻璃纤维桩组成功率明显高于铸造金属桩核组和钛及钛合金成品桩组,三者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩修复上颌前牙残根的临床效果优于铸造金属桩核和钛及钛合金成品桩。Objective :To compared and observed the effect of residual root symptom on the anterior maxiliary teeth recovery by three kind of Post-And- Core Technique, including Fiber Post, Casting Post and Titanium And Titanium Alloy Root Canal Post.Methods :Selected 120 cases with defected teeth.To be separated three teams and treated by different Post-And-Core Technique separately.Team A(40 tooth) for Casting Post, team B(40 tooth) for Fiber Post and team C(40 tooth) for Titanium And Titanium Alloy Root Canal Post.Observed the result after porcelain fused to metal (PFM) crowns restored on each team for 2 years. Results :The success rates of three teams were 85.0%, 97.5% and 95.0% in the team A, B and C respectively.The success rate of Fiber Post was higher than another 2 methods.The difference was obvious among 3 methods(P〈0.05).Conclusion :Fiber Post is better than Casting Post and Titanium And Titanium Alloy Root Canal Post on the recovery of anterior maxillary teeth residual root defect.
