摘　　要：十二指肠结石所致消化道出血在临床上较为罕见,易延误诊断,需与消化性溃疡、糜烂出血性胃炎、肠道肿瘤息肉所引起的消化道出血相鉴别,本文介绍了1例因巨大十二指肠结石引起消化道出血的病例,消化道内镜对本病的治疗具有重要价值。Gastrointestinal bleeding induced by duodenum stones is rare in clinic. It is easy to misdiagnosis. It should be distinguished with peptic ulcer, erosion hemorrhagic gastritis, intestinal cancer polyps. This article described one case of gastrointestinal bleeding induced by huge duodenal stone. Gastrointestinal endoscopy has an important value in the treatment of this disease.
