摘　　要：目的观察运用小梁组织作为角膜组织缺损替代物治疗外伤性角膜组织缺损的临床疗效。方法回顾性病例研究。对角膜裂伤伴缺损4例（6眼），用甘油低温保存的小梁组织填塞后，行荷包式角膜裂伤清创缝合术并根据需要行二期手术治疗。结果观察1—2年，填塞的小梁组织逐渐透明，与角膜组织融合紧密，角膜相对平整，视力较术前提高，拆线后无角膜裂伤眵开等严重的并发症。结论小梁组织与角膜组织结构相似，可作为角膜穿通伤中角膜组织缺损的替代物，并为二期手术治疗奠定基础。Objective To analyze the clinical application of trabecular tissue as corneal tissue replacement for ocular rupture and corneal penetrating injury. Methods It was a retrospective study. Four patients （6 eyes） with corneal penetrating injury involving the loss of corneal tissue were treated by plugging the injury with trabecular tissue preserved by cryopreservation with glycerol and then performing debridement and wallet-style suturing. These procedures can be preliminary steps if a 2-stage operation is necessary. Results During the follow-up period, trabecular tissue gradually became transparent, fusing tightly with the cornea, and visual acuity improved. There were no severe complications when the dermal sutures were removed. Conclusion Trabecular tissue is similar in structure to corneal tissue so it can be used as a replacement of corneal tissue. And this technique can set the groundwork for a 2-stage operation （such as penetrating keratoplasty, vitrectomy, cataract extraction）.
