牙冠延长术联合插销桩在病损达龈下的后牙修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:利用插销桩烤瓷冠辅以牙冠延长术修复纵折或龋坏至龈下的磨牙,以提高此类后牙修复的成功率。方法:对4例劈裂,11例邻面龋至龈下的磨牙拔除牙折片后采用镍铬合金桩核加烤瓷冠进行修复,配合牙冠延长术,随访观察12～26个月。结果:纵折磨牙拔除牙折片后采用桩核烤瓷冠直接修复和配合牙冠延长术修复,随诊观察1年后的修复有效率100%。结论:修复劈裂至龈下的纵折磨牙采用桩核烤瓷冠配合牙冠延长术是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective：To repair molars with vertically fractured or interproxial caries subgingival by using cast metal posts and cores plus PFM crowns after the crown lengthening surgery.Methods：4 vertically fractured and 11 interproxial caries molars were restorated by the method of using the PFM crowns plus cast metal posts and cores after crown lengthening surgery.All patients were revisited after 12-26 months.The clinical success rate was calculated.Results：The success rates of restoration after the crown lengthening were 100%.Conclusion：The method is a good choice to restored the vertically fractured or interproxial caries molars by posts and cores plus PFM crowns after the crown lengthening surgery.
