摘　　要：管理信息系统广泛应用于政府机关、企业、文化、教育、医疗、社会保障等各领域,开发适用于各行各业的管理信息系统成为重中之重,只有在管理信息系统开发的整个生命周期引入项目管理的科学理念和方法,才能保障系统开发的成功。Management information system is widely used in various areas like government agencies,businesses,culture,education,health care,social security.The development of management information system has become a priority for all walks of life.The introduction of scientific concepts and methods of project management throughout the life cycle of the development of management information systems is the guarantee for its success.
