我国人大代表专职化问题的探讨

摘　　要：目前,专职代表制已成为一种世界性趋势,而我国绝大多数的人大代表仍是兼职代表。实现人大代表专职化是完善我国人民代表大会制度的一个有效途径。通过合理设置人大代表的名额,不断提高人大代表的素质,适当延长人大会议会期,建立健全代表履行职责的保障制度,完善人大代表监督机制,逐步实现人大代表的专职化。At present,the system of full-time deputies has become a worldwide trend,but the vast majority of our people＇s deputies are still part-time representatives.Professionalization of deputies is an effective access to perfect the National People＇s Congress（NPC） system.The professionalization of deputies of the NPC can be gradually realized by reasonably setting the NPC delegates,continuously improving their qualities,extending the NPC session duration,perfecting the security system of performing their duty,improving the NPC supervision mechanism.
