摘　　要：体育舞蹈和美学是浑然不可分割的,在高校体育舞蹈教学中实施体美共育,可以改善和提高学生心血管系统、呼吸系统、神经系统等系统的功能,同时可以塑造学生完美体形,形成健康的精神状态,有助于树立正确的人生观、价值观。Sports dance and aesthetics are unaware of integral, In sports dance teaching in the implementation of the CPUSA yo body, Can improve and enhance students＇carcllovaseular system, respiratory system, nervous system and other system functions, At the same time can shaping students＇perfect figure, form the healthy state of mind, it is helpful to establish the correct outlook on life, values.
