摘　　要：论述了陈守煜教授最近提出的可变集基础定理—辩证法基本规律数学定理。根据这些定理提出建筑结构地震损伤评估的可变集原理与方法。列举了应用实例,并与可拓学(物元分析)、集对分析评价法的地震损伤评估结果进行了比较与分析,指出它们存在的问题与错误。The basic law of variable sets, which was introduced by Professor Chen Shou-yu recently, was discussed here and it is also the basic mathematical theorem of Dialectical Materialism. According to these theorems, this paper gives the evaluation principle and method for earthquake damage of building structure. With the examples of application, this paper also makes comparison and analyzation with the answers that derived from extentics （matter element analysis） and set pair analysis to indicate the problems and errors of them.
