摘　　要：从业务单据编制、业务数据传递、高容量、高难度信息的处理、业务数据检索和再利用、业务事故的可追溯性等方面分析了传统施工项目信息化管理存在的问题,阐述了施工项目管理信息化流程,信息技术在施工项目管理中的应用。This paper analyzes the problems of the traditional construction project information management from the preparation of business documents, business data, high-capacity, advanced information processing, and business data retrieval and reuse of business traceability and other aspects, describes the construction project management information technology processes and IT applications in construction project management.
