口腔癌患者VEGF-C、PTN及Fascin的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔癌患者VEGF-C、PTN及Fascin的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法:选取我科2007年1月～2009年12月期间收治的89例口腔癌患者,40例癌肿发生淋巴结转移者为转移组,49例未发生淋巴结转移者为非转移组,对两组患者的肿瘤标本分别进行血管内皮细胞因子-C(VEGF-C)、多效生长因子(PTN)及Fascin蛋白的检测,观察比较检测结果。结果:转移组VEGF-C阳性率、PTN阳性率及Fascin蛋白表达明显高于非转移组,且VEGF-C和PTN"++"及"+++"均显著高于非转移组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血管内皮细胞因子-C(VEGF-C)、多效生长因子(PTN)及Fascin蛋白3种蛋白与口腔癌患者的癌细胞淋巴结转移密切相关,因此,早期采取分子生物学等方法对其进行准确的检测和识别,可作为预测患者癌肿淋巴转移及判断预后提供重要的参考依据。Objective： To explore the expression of oral cancer patients VEGF--C, PTN and Fascin and its rela- tionship with lymph node metastasis. Methods： 89 patients with oral cancer in our department during January 2007 to December 2009 were chosen. 40 patients with cancer who happened lymph node metastasis were transfer group, 49 patients did not happen lymph node metastasis were the non--transfer group. The tumor specimen of the pa- tients of two groups were studied vascular endothelial cells factor--C （C）, remove VEGF--effect growth factor （PTN） and Fascin protein. Results： The expression of the VEGF--C, the Fascin Positive and PTN protein of the transfer group was higher than the non--transfer group, and VEGF--C and PTN ＂＋ ＋＂ and ＂＋ ＋ ＋＂ were sig- nificantly higher than the non--transfer group. The difference were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Vascular endothelial cell factor--C （VEGF--C）, multi--effect growth factor （PTN） and Fascin protein are highly related with oral cancer lymph node metastasis.
