摘 要:目的研究神经胶质瘤组织中Ki-67基因、PTEN和survivin表达及其临床意义。方法收集神经胶质瘤组织和神经胶质瘤旁正常脑组织,采用免疫组化检测Ki-67,PTEN和survivin的表达,并分析它们的表达与患者性别、临床分级、肿瘤部位和Kernohan分类之间的关系。结果在正常脑组织中,Ki-67和survivin表达均为阴性,PTEN表达均为阳性。在神经胶质瘤中,PTEN表达明显降低(P<0.05),Ki-67(P<0.01)和survivin(P<0.01)表达明显增高。神经胶质瘤中,Ki-67,PTEN和survivin阳性表达在性别、临床分级、肿瘤部位和Kernohan分类间均无统计学差异(P>0.05),但Ki-67阳性表达与survivin(r=-0.398,P<0.05)和PTEN阳性表达(r=-0.388,P<0.05)呈负相关。结论在神经胶质瘤组织中PTEN的阳性表达率显著降低,而Ki-67和survivin阳性表达率显著高于正常脑组织,提示测定Ki-67,PTEN和survivin表达情况对研究神经胶质瘤的发生发展有一定参考价值。Objective To study the expressions of Ki-67, phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten (PTEN) and survivin in glioma tissue and to discuss their clinical signifieanees. Methods The expressions of Ki-67, PTEN and survivin were detected respectively in the glioma slices and the normal brain tissues by immunohistochemistry and their relations with gender, clinical classification, tumor location and Kemohan classification in patients with glioma were analyzed. Results The expressions of Ki-67 and survivin were negative and those of PTEN were positive in all normal brain tissues. In the glioma tissues, the PTEN expressions were significantly reduced (P〈0.05) and those of Ki-67 (P 〈0.01 ) and survivin (P〈0.01) were significantly increased. The positive expressions of Ki-67 ,PTEN and survivin in the glioma tissues were not correlated with the sex, clinical grade, tumor location and Kemohan classification ( P 〉 0.05 ). However, the positive expressions of Ki-67 and survivin ( r = -0. 398, P〈0. 05 ) were negatively associated with those of PTEN ( r =- 0.388, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The positive expressions of PTEN are significantly reduced in the glioma tussius. The positive expressions of Ki-67 and survivin are significantly higher than those in the normal brain tissues. The expressions of Ki-67, PTEN and survivin are of importance in the research of the glioma development.
