摘　　要：复发性视网膜脱离是视网膜脱离术后比较棘手的问题之一。要妥善处理,就需了解其复发因素,针对其病因采取相应的再治疗。我们对近年来国内外有关复发性视网膜脱离的发病原因和治疗文献进行回顾作以综述。Recurrent retinal detachment is a rather difficult complication after retinal detachment surgery. In order to handle it properly, we need to understand its recurrence factors, and take the appropriate treatment according to its etiology. We retrospectively reviewed the recent years related literatures on the causes and treatment of recurrent retinal detachment both at home and abroad.
