SDF-1β和瘦素在2型糖尿病患者血中的变化及相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清中基质细胞衍生因子-1β(SDF-1β)和瘦素(leptin)的变化及意义。方法:用酶联免疫吸附实验(enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay,ELISA)测定28例T2DM患者和14例健康对照者血清中SDF-1β和瘦素的水平。糖尿病患者分单纯糖尿病组和血管病变组。结果:SDF-1β和瘦素水平在对照组、单纯糖尿病组、血管病变组中依次下降,但除血管病变组中SDF-1β水平与正常对照组差异有显著性外,其余各组间皆无统计学差异;血中SDF-1β水平与瘦素呈正相关(rs=0.524,P<0.01)。结论:T2DM患者血中SDF-1β的水平下降,可能通过进入周围组织促进血管病变的产生和发展,可作为临床治疗调整的靶点之一。而瘦素的作用需进一步研究。AIM ：To study the levels of serum stromal cell-derived factor- 1β （ SDF- 1β） and leptin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. METHODS ：Twenty-eight cases with T2DM were divided into two groups, diabetic retinopathy （DR, 14 cases）, and no diabetic retinopathy （ NDR, 14 cases）. A total of 14 healthy subjects were enrolled as normal control group （NC）. The levels of serum SDF-1β and leptin were measured by Enzymelinked Immune sorbent Assay （ELISA）. RESULTS：The levels of serum SDF-1β and leptin were decreased by degrees from NC to NDR, DR groups. Compared with NC group, level of SDF-1β was lower （P=0.011）. There was positive correlation between the level of SDF-1β and leptin （r =0.524, P〈0.001）. CONCLUSION; The levels of serum SDF- 1βin T2DM patients with DR are decreased and they likely contribute to diabetic complications such as diabetic retinopathy by passing into peripheral organization. Further studye is necessary to the role of Leptin.
