政府引导下的高职教育人才培养模式改革探索

摘　　要：针对我国高职院校人才培养的现状,在剖析高职教育人才培养方面存在的因循守旧、目标不明确、动力机制缺乏、体制创新不够等问题的基础上,建议政府部门积极引导、推进人才培养模式改革,高职院校要在教学模式改革、产学结合观念树立、企业参与及评价机制完善以及制定完整、可持续发展的人才规划等几方面进行改革探索。According to the present condition of talents＇ cultivation in our country＇s higher vocational colleges, on the basis of analyzing the problems in the aspect of talents＇ training in higher vocational education, such as sticking to the same old, ambiguous goals, lack of driving mechanism, and the inadequate system innovation, this paper suggests government department actively guide and advance the reform of talents, training mode. Higher vocational colleges should make the reform exploration on several aspects including the reform of teaching mode, the establishment of production,studying combination, the perfection of enterprises＇ participating and evaluating system, and the establishment of complete and sustainable developing talents plan.
