摘　　要：目的：探讨不同手术方式羟基磷灰石义眼座眶内置入的临床疗效。方法：对2002年～2010年行不同手术方式的羟基磷灰石眼座置入48例住院病人进行回顾性分析。结果：48例中46只眼手术后义眼活动度好，伤口愈合佳，经1～2年随访无义眼台暴露、感染。结论：Ⅰ期羟基磷灰石眼座置入手术简便、并发症少，值得，陆床推广。Ⅱ期义眼座眶内置入手术时机不易过迟。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of different surgical methods of hydroxyapatite orbitalorbital implant. Methods 48 cases of hospitalized patients were retrospectively analyzed 2002-2010 line of different surgical methods of hydroxyapatite orbital implants. Results Good artificialeye activity in the 48cases in 46 eyes after surgery,wound healing good.Implant exposure and infection by 1-2 years of follow-up nonsense in eyes. Conclusion Eye of stage I hydroxyapatite implant surgery is simple, with few complications, is worthy of clinical. II of justice orbital implant timing of surgery not too late.
