摘　　要：目的：探索TenascinC在瘢痕疙瘩组织的表达及其意义。方法：使用免疫组化方法对15例瘢痕疙瘩组织和正常皮肤组织成纤维细胞表达的TenascinC表达进行检查。结果：与正常皮肤成纤维细胞相比，瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞高表达TenascinC，具有显著差异，P〈0．01。结论：瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞自分泌产生TenascinC，在瘢痕疙瘩组织高表达，是瘢痕疙瘩组织的特异性标志物。Objective To explore the expression of Tenascin C in keloid and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical technique method was used to dected the level of Tenascin C in 15 cases keloidal and normal fibroblasts in vitro. Results tenascin C expression was increased significantly in ketoidal fibroblasts （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Therefore, tenascin C is a marker associated with keloids and we suggest that keloidal fibroblasts, once stimulated, continue to produce tenascin C independently from circulating factors.
