摘　　要：Notch信号是一个在进化过程中高度保守的信号通路,广泛存在于无脊椎动物和脊椎动物的多个物种之中,它是介导细胞和细胞之间直接接触的主要信号通路之一,调控了多细胞机体的细胞凋亡、增殖和分化。Notch信号通路的异常激活或结构性活化与多种组织恶性肿瘤的发病有关,该文对Notch信号通路的组成以及该通路的异常表达与肿瘤研究进展进行综述,重点探讨Notch信号通路紊乱诱导肿瘤形成的机制及其与肿瘤治疗的关系。Notch signaling is highly conserved during the evolution of signaling pathways. It is widely found in invertebrates and vertebrates. It is also one of the major signaling pathways that mediate the direct contact between ceils. It also regulates the proliferation and differentiation in the multicellular organism. Notch signaling＇s abnormally activation or structure activation or structure activation is association with a variety of structural organization of cancer pathogenesis. This paper reviews the com-position of Notch signaling pathway and the relations between Notch signaling pathway＇s abnormal expression and tumor occurrence and development. It also includes discussion about the mechanisms of Notch signaling＇s disorder-induced tumor formation, which is expected to be a new target for cancer therapy.
