摘  要:目的明确石菖蒲挥发油与β-环糊精包合工艺优选条件。方法以包油率、利用率为主要指标对制备过程进行正交参数优选及根据药典标准评价包合物稳定性。结果石菖蒲挥发油包合物最佳制备工艺为:β-环糊精与挥发油的比例为8∶1,包合温度:35℃,搅拌时间为2h,采取此条件下制备的包合物进行稳定性试验,包合物较混合物稳定性好。结论按照优选条件,产物制备工艺稳定可行。Objective To determine optimal conditions of inclusion technology for volatile oil from Acorus tatarinowii schott with β- cyclodextrin. Methods With Inclusion rate and Utilization, the inclusion technology was established by orthogonal test and stability of inclusion was evaluated by Pharmacopoeia. Results The best condition for the inclusion compound of Rhizoma Acori tatarinowii was as follows: the ratio of β- CD : water being 1: 8,inclusion temperature at 35℃ ,and stirring for 2h. Stability of inclusion also went better with the condition. Conclusion By this condition, the inclusion technology is stable and feasible.
