胸膜肺炎放线杆菌感染对猪肺及肺门淋巴结抗氧化功能的影响

摘  要:将24头健康DLY(杜洛克×长白×约克夏)仔猪按性别、体重随机分为2组,采用鼻腔喷雾法分别接种生理盐水(对照组)和含3.8×107 CFU/mL胸膜肺炎放线杆菌的稀释液(试验组),研究了猪感染胸膜肺炎放线杆菌48h后血清及肺组织抗氧化功能的变化。结果显示,试验组血清中SOD、CAT的含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);GSH-Px、MDA含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);-OH含量显著高于对照组(0.01<P<0.05);T-AOC低于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组肺组织除CAT含量显著高于对照组(0.01<P<0.05)外,GSH-Px、SOD含量均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),MDA含量显著低于对照组(0.01<P<0.05),-OH含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),T-AOC极显著下降(P<0.01)。肺门淋巴结CAT和GSH-Px含量试验组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),-OH含量试验组极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),T-AOC极显著下降(P<0.01)。表明胸膜肺炎放线杆菌感染猪(血清、肺及淋巴组织)的总抗氧化能力下降,肺及淋巴组织下降显著;血清中主要抗氧化酶为GSH-Px,脂质过氧化产物为MDA;肺中主要抗氧化酶为CAT,淋巴组织中主要抗氧化酶为GSH-Px;肺、淋巴组织中的脂质过氧化产物-OH显著减少。Abstract: To examine the ettect of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (APP) infection on the antioxi- dant function of serum and the lung tissue in pigs, 24 healthy DLY(Duroc X Landrace X Yorkshire) pig were randomly divided into two groups by gender and body weight inoculated with physiological sa ets lne (control group) and the diluent contained 3.8× 10^7 CFU/mL APP serotype I (treatment group) by atomi- zing inhalation in each nostril, respectively. Compared with those of the control group, it was found that in the treatment group,the serumal superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) contents decreased(P〈 0.01) ,and the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) decreased(P〈0.05) ; while the glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malonaldehyde (MDA) contents increased (P 〈 0. 01), and the serumal hydroxyl radical (-OH) content increased(0.01〈P〈0.05),too. In the lung tissue of the treatment group,the SOD and GSH-Px contents decreased(P〈0.01),the CAT content increased(0.01〈P〈0.05);and the MDA and -OH contents decreased(0.01〈P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) ;and the T-AOC decreased(P〈0. 01) ,too. In the tracheobronchial lymph nodes of the treatment group, the CAT and GSH-Px contents increased (P〈0.01) ,the -OH content and the T-AOC decreased(P〈0.01). The results showed that the T-AOC of pig- lets infected with APP decreased, which were significantly in the lung tissues and the tracheobronchial lymph nodes. In the infected piglets, the main antioxidative enzyme in serum was the GSH-Px and the main lipin peroxide was MDA;the main antioxidative enzyme in the lungs was CAT and that in lymph nodes was GSH-Px; while the -OH in the lungs and lymph nodes decreased significantly.
