滑轨式移乘洗浴装置内升降机构的设计及分析

摘　　要：随着我国逐步进入老龄化社会,以及每年交通事故等原因,重障者和老年人越来越多,同时他们也需要越来越多的关怀。随着社会的不断发展,重度残障人士的洗浴问题的解决显得尤为迫切。洗浴对于重障者来说是一个很大的难题,但重障者还必须要洗浴。滑轨式移乘洗浴装置是为了解决重障者洗浴困难而设计的一种康复辅助洗浴器具。针对洗浴槽内部空间狭小,洗浴时有水,易导电,而且升降行程大等一系列问题,提出了一种设计解决方案,运用solidworks建立了升降机构的3D模型,并且对其进行了应力分析。As China has gradually entered the aging society,the elderly and severe disabilities caused by annual traffic accidents and other reasons are growing as well,more concern is required from them.With the continuous development of society,the bath problems for severely disabled people are particularly urgent.It is a big problem for severely disabled people to bath,however they have to bath.As a rehabilitative aids bath apparatus,slide-style bath device was designed to solve bath problems for severely disabled people.Concerning small space within the bath,easy conductive bath water and large Travel stroke,a design solution was proposed.Furthermore a 3D model for the elevator mechanism was built and stress analysis was carried out by solidworks.
