摘　　要：HSK热装刀柄是高速数控机床的重要通用部件之一,它是目前应用最为广泛的刀柄。UG软件能实现三维建模功能,使用UG中的UG/Open对HSK热装刀柄进行参数化设计。采用UG/Open中UG/Menuscript、UG/UIStyler、UG/API、UG/Grip,以及Vision C++相结合的方式,对HSK热装刀柄进行参数化设计。具体的实施方案是,创建设置参数的三维模型,创建自定义菜单,设计用户界面对话框,以及创建应用程序。HSK热装刀柄的参数化设计不仅减少了设计时间,实现快速建模,提高了生产效率,而且提高了刀柄柔性化制造程度。HSK shrink toolholder is an important part of the high speed CNC machine tool that is most widely used recently.The UG/Open of UG software which is good at 3D can be used for parametric design of HSK shrink toolholder.By making full use of UG/Menuscript,UG/UIStyler,UG/Open API,UG/Grip in UG/Open combining UG with Vision C＋＋,parametric design for HSK shrink toolholder is achieved.The execute solution is to create a 3D model with parameters,create customizing menus as well as design users＇interface dialog and compile application program,which not only reduces the design time,realizes fast modeling and improves productivity,but also increases the degree of FMS of the toolholder.
