摘 要:对八连杆装载机动臂的结构特点与承载特点进行了全面分析,总结出装载机八连杆动臂在作业过程中遇到的铲入正载、铲入偏载、掘起正载、掘起偏载四种工况及各工况下承受的载荷特点。然后利用先进的CAE分析软件ANSYS软件,建立了动臂的有限元计算模型,并计算出各工况下动臂的应力分布云图。经过对动臂四种工况的有限元分析结果研究,分析出了导致动臂变形反馈的根本原因,并就此提出了动臂结构的改进方案。校核改进后动臂的强度,比改进前提高了27%,从而改善了动臂性能,同时此种思路也为以后的设计提供了参考。Mobile arm's structure and loading characteristics of 8-bar linkage wheel loader is analyzed comprehensively.Four kinds of working condition such as loading in upright,loading in unbalanced as well as digging up upright and digging up unbalanced encountered in operating process and loading characteristics of 8-bar linkage wheel loader mobile arm are summarized.Then the finite element model of mobile arm is built and the stress distribution is calculated in all conditions based on advanced CAE analysis software of ANSYS.The basic distortion feedback reason of mobile arm is gotten from the analysis result and the improved design is put forward.The new mobile arm intensity of improved design is checked,which is improved by 27% than that before improving.So the performance of mobile arm is improved.The result provides good reference for future design.
