摘 要:采用电阻式触摸屏作为人机交互设备,以FV-800A数控加工中心为原型建立了基于OpenGL MFC的数控铣削加工仿真系统。通过映射的模型算法实现了机床与控制面板一体的虚拟加工环境,克服了目前数控仿真系统将数控机床的操控面板作为独立的窗口从机床上分离出来而造成的仿真环境不够真实的缺点,虚实结合,操作面板布局与真实机床相同,具有操作机床的真实感。设计了较为先进的铣削算法,节省毛坯无限离散化产生的内存空间的占用。通过实时输入或外部调用NC代码驱动加工过程,完成了平面、直线槽、折线槽等的参数化铣削加工仿真,能够直观有效地验证加工过程的正确性,实验表明仿真效果较为理想。NC milling simulation system based on OpenGL MFC is introduced.In the system,the Interactive equipment is resistive touch screen and the prototype is FV-800A CNC Machining center.Virtual machining environment by mapping model algorithm achieves the combining of the machine and control panel and overcomes that simulation environment does'n have enough reality,which is created by current NC milling simulation system making CNC machine control panel as a single window separated from machine tool.The combination of virtual and real and the operation panel layout which is the same as real machine tool make operator have realistic feelings.More advanced milling algorithm is introduced.The algorithm saves memory space which is created by infinite discrete rough.By calling real-time input or the external NC code driving processes,The parameters milling simulations of planes notch,lines notch,polylines notch and so on are achieved,which can verify the correctness of process intuitively and effectively.And the experiments shows the simulation results are satisfactory.
