摘 要:在钢球的热处理过程中,钢球冷却过程的控制是一项重要的内容,直接影响着钢球的热处理质量。推导了钢球的热传导方程,采用球贝塞尔函数给出了钢球热传导方程的解答,并对半径为150mm,初始温度为900℃的钢球的冷却过程进行分析,给出了钢球表面和中心部位的温度变化情况,分析了不同时刻钢球的温度分布,给出了钢球冷却到环境温度所需的时间,并对钢球温度分布级数解答的收敛性及计算误差进行分析,对钢球的热处理有一定的指导意义。In order to improve the mechanics and physical performance,the heat treatment is often adopted.It is very important to control the heat treatment process for the steel ball,which may directly influence on the quality of the steel ball.The heat conduction equation of the steel ball is deduced in this paper.The spherical Bessel function is adopted to solve the equation and analyze the cooling process for the steel ball with 150mm in radius and 900℃ in initial temperature.Thus the surface and center temperature change of steel ball is given.And the steel ball temperature distribution at different time is obtained.The time required to cool the steel ball is given.In addition,the convergence and calculation error for series solution of steel ball temperature distribution are analyzed,which has certain guidance for heat treatment of the steel ball.
