河南省师范类高校民族传统体育发展现状调查与分析

摘　　要：河南省地处中原腹地,是华夏文明的发源地,具有古老而悠久的历史,在其漫长的发展过程中,创造出了丰富多彩、极具鲜明民族特色的传统体育项目,尤以少林武术和陈式太极拳闻名海内外。这些项目不仅具有很强的健身价值和艺术价值,同时还具有丰富的娱乐和教育功能。高等师范院校做为培养师资的教育重地,她的教育方向应该说直接影响着人才的培养方向及文化的发展导向。因此,加强民族传统体育在师范院校的教育教学过程,不仅能有效地增强学生体质,提高学生身心健康水平,同时,还能够继承、弘扬和发展民族传统文化,培养学生民族意识、民族精神和爱国热情。本文以河南省13所高等师范院校为研究对象,对民族传统体育在河南省师范类高校开展和推动的情况进行了调查分析,采用文献资料法、访谈调查法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对河南省师范类高校民族传统体育项目开展的现状进行了较为深入的研究,旨在了解制约河南省师范类院校开设民族传统体育课程的主要因素,并提出相应的对策,为民族传统体育在高等师范院校的顺利开展提供参考。Henan Province is situated at the area south of Yellow River center, is the China civilization place of origin, has ancient and the glorious history, in its long developing process, created richly colorful, has had the bright national characteristic extremely the traditional sports project, The Shaolin martial arts and the Chen type Taijiquan is well-known everywhere.Not only these projects have the very strong fitness value and the artistic value, meanwhile has the rich entertainment and the education function.The higher pedagogical col- leges and universities do for raise teachers＇ education heavily, her education direction should say is affecting talented person＇s raise direction and the cultural development guidance directly. Therefore, enhancement nationality tradition sports in pedagogical colleges and universities education teaching process, not only can strengthen the student physique effectively, raises the student physical and moral integrity level, simultaneously, but also can inherit, bring honor with the development nationality traditional culture, raises the student national consciousness, the national spirit and patriotic warm.This article take the Henan Province 13 higher pedagogi- cal colleges and universities as the object of study, has carried on the diagnosis to the national tradition sports in the Henan Province pedagogical kind of university development and the impetus situation, uses the literature material law, the interview survey procedure, the questionnaire survey procedure, the mathematical method of average and so on, has conducted more thorough research to the Henan Province pedagogical kind of univer- sity nationality tradition sports project development present situation, is for the purpose of understanding re- stricts the Henan Province pedagogical kind of colleges and universities start nationality tradition sports cur- riculum the primary factor, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure, provides the reference for the national tradition sports in the higher pedagogical
