摘 要:要保证信息的灵通、及时、准确、适当与充分,组织的正式与非正式沟通机制不可或缺。在企业管理中,由于"新三会"与"老三会"的权力之争,新、老三会并存,造成雌雄同体、机构重叠,从而在沟通体系上更为错综,创新步伐屡遭拖延。建立以"新三会"为核心的新型企业治理体系有助于该问题的解决。非正式沟通机制建设可以由其场景入手,分工作休息时间、统一休息时间和业余时间三方面来讨论。沟通则难免冲突,要由原因上解析,仍用沟通来处理,并且力争在冲突中创新。Organization' s formal communication and informal communication are necessary to assure informa- tion quickness, punctuality, accuracy, suitability and adequacy. Because "new three meetings" and the "old three meetings" contest for power,the new and the old coexist, organs overlap with each other, blurs the com- municating system and drags innovation' s step repeatedly. The establishment of new governing system based on the "new three meetings" helps to solve this problem. Construction of informal communication mechanism could start from its scenes which could be divided into three parts including break time during work, unified re- laxation time and spare time. Conflicts are unavoidable in communication. Analyzed its reasons, it' 11 be solved still by communication. And it' s expected that innovation emerge in conflicts.
