摘　　要：分析了某一汽车差速器壳十字轴孔的加工方法,确定了加工方案并设计了专用夹具。该夹具结构简单,定位可靠,能够保证工件的加工精度,提高生产效率,取得了良好的应用效果。This paper analyses the processing method of the cross axis aperture in automotive differential shell , for- mulates machining process plan and designs special fixture. The fixture＇s structure is simple and the fix- ture realizes reliable positioning . The result of use proves that the fixture can achieve parts processing precision and improve the production efficiency and attain the good application effect.
