摘　　要：在经济全球化和市场竞争国际化的背景下,实现中国产业升级必须加大投入,提高自主创新水平;鼓励企业在全球范围内整合资源,把握产业转移的机遇,优化利用外资结构;推动技术创新与品牌创新。In the context of economical globalization and market competition, in order to upgrade China＇ s economy, more investment should be done, independent innovation should be improved, resource integration should be encouraged globally, opportunity should be grasped for industrial transfer, structure should be optimized for the utilization of foreign fund, and technique innovation and brand innovation should be promoted.
