摘　　要：会计环境的变化要求会计专业人员不仅要掌握会计专业知识,更重要的是要具有创新能力、学习能力以及适应社会能力。这对本科会计学专业教育提出了新的更高的要求。本科会计学专业人才培养应树立"造就会计人"的教育理念,从培养目标定位、基本要求、课程体系、教学内容、教学方法和手段以及管理制度等方面进行改革。The changed situation for accounting means accounting personnel needs not only to be professionally quali- fied,but also to be creative,to be good at learning and dealing with the real world. Accounting program for undergrduates should advocates the notion of ＂developing accounting being＂ and undergo reform in its education goal, basic requirements, curriculum design, teaching contents and materials, and its management.
