加强高校青年教师科研基金管理的思考

摘　　要：高校设立青年教师科研基金,有利于青年教师开展科研项目研究,提高科研能力,促进学科建设。目前要明确基金支持范围,规范项目评审,加强过程管理,建立健全激励约束机制、管理运行机制和学术道德评价机制,切实提高基金使用效益。To establish the scientific research funds for young teachers in unviersities is helpful for them to do scientific research for the enhance of their capabilities and the promotion of the discipline construction. Now it is necessary to make it clear the scope the funds support, specify the process of program evaluation, strengthen the process management, and establish and improve the mechanism of incentive and restraint, management and operation, and academic morality evaluation for the enhance of the funds application efficiency.
