摘  要:对一台采用旋流燃烧器的锅炉进行数值模拟,讨论了二次风出口径向速度、浓淡方式、浓淡比和外二次风率对NOx排放质量浓度的影响;并对原有的钝体进行改进,得到了浓淡效果更佳的钝体形状和位置。将计算得到的最佳参数和燃烧器改造结合,得到了NOx排放质量浓度最低的参数组合。By numerical simulation on a boiler with swirl burners, the effects of following factors on mass concentration of NOx emission have been analyzed, such as the radial velocity at outlet of secondary air, the bias mode, the dense dilute ratio and the external secondary air ratio, etc. The original bluff body has been modified, during which reasonable shape and position of bluff body with better bias effect is obtained. By combining the calculated optimal parameters and the retrofitted burner structure, an optimal parameter combination is obtained, in which case the lowest mass concentration of NOx emission can be reached.
