帕宁方对早期帕金森病睡眠障碍的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价帕宁方对帕金森病(PD)睡眠障碍的疗效。方法将71例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组给予美多巴治疗,治疗组加服帕宁方,疗程均为12周。通过帕金森病睡眠量表(PDSS)比较两组评分及不良反应。结果与对照组比较,治疗组的PDSS1、2、3、6、10、11、13、14、15评分及总评分明显升高(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应。结论帕宁方联合美多巴治疗可以明显改善PD患者睡眠障碍,提高生活质量。Objective To evaluate the effects of Paning decoction on sleep disorders in Parkinson＇s disease （PD） at early stage. Methods Seventyone patients were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment group （n= 36） treated with madopar with Paning decoction,and control group （n= 35） treated with madopar for twelve weeks. Parkinson＇s disease sleep scale （PDSS） score and ad- verse effect were observed before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the score of PDSS 1,2,3,6,10,11, 13,14,15 and the total score in treatment group were increased （P〈0.05）. During the treatment,there was no obvious adverse reactions appeared in two groups. Conclusion Paning decoction combined with madopar can significantly improve sleep disorders and life quality of patients with PD at early stage.
