摘　　要：目的:研究人染色体末端酶(hTERC)基因在宫颈脱落细胞中的表达,探讨其在宫颈病变发生发展中的作用。方法:用荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)检测hTERC基因在20例正常宫颈细胞、59例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及41例宫颈癌中的表达率。结果:①hTERC基因在CINⅠ组、CINⅡ/Ⅲ组及宫颈癌组的扩增均高于正常组(P<0.05);②宫颈癌组hTERC扩增高于CINⅠ组、CINⅡ/Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。结论:①hTERC基因的扩增随着宫颈疾病严重程度的增加而增高;②应用FISH技术检测hTERC基因可以作为诊断宫颈病变的方法之一。Objective：To investigate expression of the hTERC gene in cervical exfoliated cells and to evaluate the role of hTERC gene in cervical dysplasia.Methods：To detect the expression of hTERC gene in tissues from 20 normal cervical cells,59 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN） and 41 cervical cancer by the fluorescence in situ hybridization（FISH）.Results：①The expression of hTERC gene in CINⅠ,CINⅡ/Ⅲ,SCC group was higher than in normal group,there were significant difference（P〈0.05）;②The expression of hTERC gene in SCC group was higher than in CINⅠ,CINⅡ/Ⅲ,there were significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：① The expression rate of hTERC gene increase with the severity of disease.② The test of hTERC gene by FISH can take as a diagnostic method of cervical dysplasia.
