摘　　要：本文运用SWOT分析法分析福建省住院医师规范化培训工作中存在的优势、劣势、机会及威胁,从而依靠优势,克服劣势,利用机会,规避风险,提出针对性策略,为更好地开展此项工作提供科学的信息和参考。The article analyzes comprehensively the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of the Residents Standardized Training in Fujian province by SWOT analysis. Then it puts forward some corresponding strategies to settle the problems occurred in Residents Standardized Training based on the principle of relying on strengths, overcoming weaknesses, exploiting opportunities and avoiding risks, in order to provide some helpful information for the further development of the Residents Standardized Training.
