载脂蛋白E遗传表型的分布及其与疾病的关系

摘　　要：对35例正常人和152例患者的ApoE表型和等位基因频率分布进行了比较,并比较东西方民族间的异同。结果表明,东西方人群之间存在种族差异,健康人群未发现ApoE 2/2,E 2/2患者的RCT明显低于其它各遗传表型,而其TG明显高于其它各型。The distribution of ApoE phenotypes and the frequency of ApoE alleles in 35 normal Chinese people and 152 patients were studied. The results were compared with those from Western populations. The study showed a real racial. difference between the two groups. No normal Chinese person was detected with an E 2/2 phenotype. In patients in whom E 2/2 phenotype was deteted, the RCT was markedly lower than in the rest of those who had ApoE phenotypes. The TG was markedly higher in patients who were E 2/2 than in the rest of ApoE phenotypes.
