摘　　要：目的探讨VEGF、MMP-2在肝细胞癌组织中表达与意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测32例肝细胞癌组织和19例正常肝脏组织中VEGF、MMP-2的表达。结果肝细胞癌组织中VEGF与MMP-2阳性率均显著高于正常组织,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);且两者表达呈显著正相关(r=0.497,P<0.05)。结论 VEGF与MMP-2的表达在肝细胞癌中具有重要意义,两者可能在肝细胞癌的发展及转移过程中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of VEGF and MMP-2 in the tisues of hepatocellular carcinomas. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MMP-2 in the cancer tissues from 32 cases of hepatocellular carcinomas, and 19 cases of normal controls. Results The positive rates of VEGF and MMP-2 were significantly higher in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues than those in normal gastric tissue, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; and expression of VEGF was positively related to MMP-2 （r = 0. 497, P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of VEGF and MMP-2 has clinical significance in hepatocellular carcinomas,and they may play an important role in the process of development and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinomas
