Rb与C-erbB-2基因在胃癌前病变组织中的表达及其临床病理意义

摘　　要：目的观察抑癌基因Rb、癌基因C-erbB-2在胃癌前病变组织中的表达,探讨二者的表达与胃癌发生的关系。方法用免疫组化法检测87例胃癌前病变组织中抑癌基因Rb、癌基因C-erbB-2的表达,并作相关性分析。结果在胃黏膜轻度异型增生、中度异型增生、重度异型增生组织中,随病变加重,基因Rb表达呈下降趋势,基因C-erbb-2表达呈上升趋势,二者无明显相关性。结论基因Rb与C-erbB-2的异常表达参与了胃癌早期的癌变过程,可用于监测胃癌前病变的进展,指导胃癌前病变的治疗。Objective To observe the expression of tumor suppressor gene Rb and oncogene C-erbB-2 in gastric precancerous lesions and to investigate the roles of Rb genes and C-erbB-2 gene in gastric carcinogenesis. Methods The expression of Rb gene and C-erbB-2 gene was detected by immunohistochemical one stepstaining in 87 cases of gastric precancerous lesions. Results The positive rate of Rb protein was in decrease tendency from mild, moderate to severe dysplasia. On the contrary, the positive rates of C-erbB-2 protein expressed with visible crescendo tendency from mild, moderate to severe dysplasia. There was no significant correlation between the expression of Rb and C-erbB-2 gene. Conclusion The alterations of Rb and C-erbB-2 protein may play a role in the early stages of gastric carcinogenesis. Detection of Rb and C-erbB-2 gene expression can be used for monitoring the progress of gastric precancerous lesions and guiding the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions.
