多抗甲素联合欧柏宁治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究多抗甲素联合欧柏宁治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效,探讨其临床应用价值。方法选择我院2009年11月-2011年1月经临床诊断确诊为复发性阿弗他溃疡的患者90例为研究对象,将所有患者严格随机分为欧柏宁组和多抗甲素联合组。所有患者每日均于口腔患处涂抹欧柏宁凝胶,3次/d,待溃疡表面保护膜形成后闭口。多抗甲素联合组在上述基础上加服用多抗甲素15-30mg/d,3次/d,两组均接受治疗2月后对比患者疗效免疫细胞变化,同时随访1年观察其复发情况。结果多抗甲素联合欧柏宁组有效率为95.5%,欧柏宁单用组总有效率为86.6%,两组比较差异显著;多抗甲素联合欧柏宁组治疗前后免疫细胞T细胞亚群显著增高,欧柏宁单用组未见明显改变。结论多抗甲素联合欧柏宁治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡具有明显疗效,用法安全简单,并且提示其对于患者免疫细胞具有一定调节作用,值得广泛用于临床。Objective To study a joint Opalpolln gel（meat on the treatment of recurrent o jephthah the clinical curative effect of the ulcer,to investigate the clinical application value.Method Choose November from 2009 to January 2011 menstruation clinical diagnosis diagnosed as recurrent jephthah the ulcer,90 patients with as the research object,will all patients were randomly divided into the strict Opalpolln gel group and a joint group（meal.All of the patients were in the mouth with the daily daub the Opalpolln gel,3 times a day,to ulcer formation of surface protective film comes after.A joint group（meal in the above basis and take a grain 15 to 30mg/day,three times per day,both groups receiving treatment after February compared patients curative effect,and immune cells changes.Results A joint Opalpolln gel（meal of effective rate was 95.5%,the Opalpolln gel use group total effectiveness 86.6%,two groups of comparisons difference;A joint Opalpolln gel（meal before and after treatment group immune cells T cells subsets significantly higher,the Opalpolln gel use group has not seen the obvious change.Conclusion Joint Opalpolln gel hypaconitine,the treatment of recurrent jephthah,it has the obvious curative effect ulcer,usage safe and simple,and suggests the immune cells in patients with certain adjustment function,and widely used in clinical.
