摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌术中植入中人氟安的临床疗效。方法:分析收治的60例乳腺癌患者临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组30例和对照组30例。结果:两组乳腺癌患者红细胞、白细胞、血肌酐、谷丙转氨酶、恶心呕吐、切口感染、腋窝积液情况比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组局部复发率、远处转移率及生存率优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌术中植入中人氟安临床疗效显著,预后良好。Objective To approach the clinical curative effect of breast carcinoma implant fluorouracil sustained release for implant in operation. Method To retrospective analyze the clinical data of breast carcinoma implant fluorouracil sustained release for implant in opera- tion, which was to be divided into detection group and control group. Results The WBC ,PLT,Cr, ALT、nausea and vomlting,Incision infec- tion,axillary effusion of two groups were no difference,P 〉0. 05 ,the local recurrence rate,distant metastasis rote,survival rate of detection group were better than control group,P 〈0.05 ,the differences had statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of breast carcinoma implant fluorouracil sustained release for implant in operation were evident and eusemia,which was to be used.
