糖皮质激素在葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征治疗中使用必要性探讨

摘　　要：目的:通过回顾性分析葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征的两种治疗方法的疗效对比,探讨在葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征治疗中糖皮质激素使用的必要性。方法:选取近5年来我科收治的葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征病例52例(排除有严重中毒症状和合并证的病例),随机分成使用抗菌素联合糖皮质激素的治疗组和单纯使用抗菌素的对照组,对两组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:采用抗菌素联合糖皮质激素的治疗组与单纯使用抗菌素的对照组在尼氏征转阴、触痛消退时间及痊愈时间上无明显差异。结论:在没有严重中毒症状和合并证发生的葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征患儿治疗时可不联合使用糖皮质激素。Objective To discuss the necessity of corticosteroid in the treatment of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome by analyzing the efficacy of two different kinds of therapy. Method 52 cases of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome in recent five years were chosen, secluding the cases with severe toxemic symptoms and complications. Analyzed the differences of efficacy between the therapy of antibiotics alone and the comblnation therapy of corticesterold and antibiotics. Results There were no significant differences between the two therapy in the negative turning of Nikolsky＇s sign,subsidize of skin tenderness and recovery time. Conclusion Corticostereid may not be used in the treatment of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome cases without severe toxemic symptoms and complications.
