摘　　要：目的:观察基质金属蛋白酶MMP-9在胃癌中的表达情况,探讨其在胃癌发生、发展中的临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化法,检测MMP-9在56例胃癌组织与24例正常胃粘膜中的表达情况。结果:56例原发性胃癌组织中,MMP-9阳性表达率为73.21%(41/56),高于24例正常胃粘膜的20.83%(5/24),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);胃癌组织中MMP-9表达与TNM临床分期、淋巴结转移、浆膜浸润有关(P<0.01),与胃癌分化程度无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:基质金属蛋白酶MMP-9可能参与了胃癌发生发展过程,与胃癌的侵袭、转移密切相关,可作为判断胃癌预后的有重要参考价值的肿瘤标记物。Objective： To observe the expression of MMP-9 in gastric cancer and to explore its clinical value in the occurrence, development of gastric cancer. Methods： The expressions of MMP-9 in gastric carcinoma tissues of 56 patients and normal gastric mucosa of 24 cases were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results： In 56 cases of primary gastric cancer, the positive rate of MMP-9 expression was 73.21% （41/56） , far higher than that of the normal gastric mucosa（20. 83% , 5/24）. The difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; There was a positive correlation between the expression of MMP-9 and the TNM staging, lymph node metastasis and serosal invasion and no correlation was observed between the expression of MMP-9 and differentiation of gastric cancer（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Matrix metalloproteinase MMP-9 may be involved in the occurrence, development process, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. It can be used as an important tumor marker to judge the prognosis of gastric cancer.
