摘　　要：地方高校省级重点实验室集聚高校优秀人才,在引领高校科研方向、搭建成果推广与转化平台方面做出了巨大贡献,为地方经济建设和社会发展提供了技术支撑。为加速省级重点实验室发展,需要实验室在稳定的科学研究方向上形成具有创新能力和协作精神的研究队伍,在及时推广创新成果的同时促进学科间相互融合与发展,以产生新的边缘性、交叉性、综合性学科。There gather talents in provincial key laboratories of local colleges and universities,in leading the direction of university research,building the platform of promotion,who made a great contribution to local economic construction and social development.To accelerate the development of provincial key laboratories,it requires stable direction in laboratory research such a research team with innovation ability and collaborative spirit.At the same time,it will promote innovation,mutual integration and development of inter-disciplinary in order to generate a new edge,cross-cutting,integrated discipline.
