摘　　要：东南亚地区(马来西亚、新加坡、越南、泰国)手足口病爆发流行后往往跟随着大地震的发生。大震前区域应力增强、地壳微破裂增多造成的地内气体逸出,携带大量本处于地球浅表的微生物进入大气。低层大气中微生物气溶胶浓度增大,大大增加了幼儿患病的可能。The outbreak of hand--foot--mouth diseases tend to be followed by strong earthquakes happening In Northeast Asia （Malaysia, Singapore,Vietnam,Thailand）.The crustal micro--cracks increasing caused by regional stress enhanced before earthquake made inner crust gases escaping, and the gases brought a great number of Earth＇s superficial microorganisms into the atmosphere. The increasing in aerosol concentration of Pathogenic and non--pathogenic microorganisms in the lower atmosphere might greatly increase the chances
