摘　　要：通过对《素问·生气通天论》中"高梁之变,足生大丁,受如持虚"文献分析,在研究医理和临床结合的基础上,发现"高梁之变,足生大丁,受如持虚"所描述的疾病和现代医学中的痛风性关节炎病因、病机、临床特点基本一致,可见《黄帝内经》对疾病描述的把握十分准确。According to the ＂ Plain Questions ~ Shenqi Tongtian Lun＂ of ＂ Often eat fat food born of easy tired of disease, born foot butyl, empty vessels take things＂ analysis of literature, medical research and clini- cal combination in the foundation, found that ＂ Often eat fat food born of easy tired of disease, born foot butyl, Empty vessels take things＂ description of the disease and modern medicine gouty arthritis of the etiology and pathogenesis, clinical features basic consistent, explain the ＂ The Yellow Emperor＇s Canon of Internal Medi- cine ＂ to describe the grasp of the disease is very accurate.
