比较根管充填术和牙髓塑化术对牙髓牙周联合病损治疗效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究牙髓牙周联合病的有效治疗方法。方法临床收集180例牙髓牙周联合病例,分两组分别进行根管充填术和牙髓塑化术同时进行牙周病的基础治疗。两组病例经追踪观察3年其对根尖病变的疗效。结果两种治疗方法治疗牙髓牙周联合病变的疗效无显著差异,但随着时间的延长,牙髓塑化对牙周情况的改善较明显。结论牙髓塑化对牙周组织病变有积极的辅助治疗作用。Objective To study the curative effect of the endodontic lesion combined periodontal with root canal therapy and root canal resinifying. Methods 180 cases of pulp periodontal cases, divided into two groups respectively, the root canal filling and root canal resinifying at the same time the basis of periodontal disease treatment. The two groups were followed for three years on the efficacy of peri--api- cal lesion. Results Two treatment methods for treating endodontic combined periodontal lesions： no sig- nificant difference, but extended time, root canal resinifying on the improvement of periodontal was more obvious. Conclusions The results suggests that root canal resinifying on periodontal lesions have a posi- tive effect.
